There is the legislative check that ensures you are aware of the legislation that applies to your business and highlights any gaps that may be present. There is also the Environmental Report, which covers how your waste has been handled, providing a transparent audit trail.

Assessment and Environmental Compliance Check
Our compliance check involves a structured assessment to determine risk and potential hazards following legislation, health and safety guidance and industry guidelines. Kleenwaste provides two different reports including appropriate insights and actions such as:
Sales Representative
Health check lite is a standard report covering the basic legislative requirements of an organisation the assessment takes no more than a couple of hours and will give you a broad overview of statutory compliance and any further consultation that is required.
Compliance Check (consultant)
A compliance check it tailored to your organisation and will give you a more concise indication of where you are meeting your legislative burden, and also any areas that require further work. This report will give you not only a list of applicable legislation, but also recommendations any remedial actions required to fix non-conformities. Kleenwaste will partner with you in this venture and help you attain full legislative compliance.
DGSA report
Our Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors provides tailored service to support and guide your business through all your legal obligations as a dangerous goods organisation. Our DGSA service will provide you with an annual report in line with the requirements of ADR and support you with any questions you have around the transport requirements of your goods
ISO
All of the Kleenwaste services are designed to enhance your current ISO certifications, if you are starting the journey towards ISO9001, ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 (ISO45001) Kleenconsult can offer a comprehensive service to assist you from and informal GAP analysis to preparing your company for full accreditation.
Permit Completion
If your business needs a permit in line with the “Environmental Permitting Regulations (as Amended)” Kleenconsult can help you on your journey, from initial advice through a comprehensive service to the point of permit application. EMS
All sites require a permit under the “Environmental Permitting Regulations (as Amended)” will require an Environmental Management System.
